Further to the announcement made on 23 June 2008, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of BPPlas, wishes to announce that pursuant to the Bonus Issue, 60,040,250 new BPPlas Shares will be listed and quoted on 9 July 2008.
