NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an interim tax exempt dividend of 3 sen per share amounting to RM3.6 million for the financial year ending 31 December, 2005 will be paid on 10 May, 2005 to members appearing in the Register of Members at the close business on 29 April, 2005.
