The quality policy of BP Plastic Products is to provide consistent quality products to satisfy customer's needs & requirements. This is accomplished with a quality assurance system that highlights a chain of actions implemented right from the receipt of raw materials through the production process, equipment, laboratory tests and outgoing inspection.

BP Plastics is certified ISO9001:2000 and the management of BP guarantees to incorporate effective policies as demanded by the ISO standards and promises a quality assurance that will be planned , implemented and controlled. The Quality Assurance system will operate a process of continual improvement.

The Quality Assurance policy ensures monitoring of customer satisfaction. BP is committed to receiving ongoing customer feedback after the product has been delivered and we also conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys
